Although it was never described as such, anxiety has been a part of the women in my family for a long time. Those that know me well, would know of my dislike of "labels". Mainly because labels are often used as a way of categorising or putting someone in a box. A box that inevitably has restrictions or constraints on them. That excludes them in some way. "You're too old, fat, thin etc".
